At 19,341 feet, Kilimanjaro stands proudly above the surrounding great African plains of Tanzania and Kenya as the world's highest freestanding mountain. 

Following a night at an idyllic Tanzanian lodge, the 6 night/7 day trek will begin. Trekking from the gates of the Uhuru National Park up through dense rainforest, emerging into desert and then rocky terrain with glacier ice caps. Camp above the clouds and under the stunning stars, gaining the most breath taking views from the roof of Africa. You will literally feel on top of the world!

There are several route up and down Kilimanjaro. Our groups follow the Machame Route, often referred to as the 'Whiskey Route' due to its picturesque scenery along the way. 

Following the trek there will be plenty of time to celebrate a life changing experience back at the lodge. Spend time recuperating by the swimming pool, or explore the local area. From day safaris to waterfall visits, coffee plantations to local towns and schools visits the choice is yours.
